1. Provision

A request for a villa or camping pitch is made via e-mail. Based on the requested inquiry, guests will be sent an offer as soon as possible.

For reservation of the villa, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% through the bank transfer and no later than the date indicated in the offer and send a copy of the payment to the insider
In order to reserve the campsite, it is also necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% (reservation fee 40 eur does not refuse the final invoice) by bank transfer by the latest at the date indicated in the offer and send a copy of the payment to the insider

If the advance is not paid within the specified time, the reservation is considered invalid.

Assigning a particular villa or number of parcels depends on their current availability.

2. CHANGE AND RESERVATION OF RESERVATION

Villas: only in case of cancellation of the reservation at least 30 days before arrival, the amount of the advance payment refunded is reduced by bank charges. In case of an unsuccessful cancellation, ie the arrival of the guest, the paid advance is retained.

Camping pitch: In case of cancellation, reservation fee will not be refunded. The guest has no right to refund the paid advance.

Upon each change of reservation we reserve the right to change the villa or the number of parcels if you have previously been assigned.

3. ARRIVALS / DEPARTURES

VILLAS:

Guests are charged at reception. When registering, it is necessary to provide personal documents and vouchers.

Check-in: 16:00-21:00; Check out do 10:00

If there is a late arrival, a prior notification is required. Otherwise, we are not able to guarantee the guest that the booked accommodation will be waiting for it.

Early departure: The guest is required to pay the amount for the entire reservation period.

Camping pitch:

Check-in: 13:00-21:00; Check out do 10:00

If there is a late arrival, a prior notification is required. Otherwise, we are unable to guarantee the guest to wait for the reserved pitch.

Early departure: The guest is required to pay the amount for the entire reservation period.

Arrival and departure every day throughout the season.

4. PAYMENT

Payment of accommodation on the day of arrival of guest.

Payment is possible in cash or by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro).

5. INSURANCE

Lando Resort is not liable for any theft, accident or damage to property or persons, nor will it be liable for damages caused by thunder, hail, fallen trees, branches, diseases, epidemics, fires, natural disasters,

Guests are advised to insure their own property against the potential risks of staying in the camp at the insurance company’s own choice.
